The Town Board appoints the Town Administrator to manage the daily affairs of the Town. The Administrator implements the legislative actions of the Board, provides policy recommendations to the Board and oversees the day-to-day operations of Town government. The Administrator's office also handles personnel matters, coordinates financial functions such as accounting, payroll, purchasing, insurance, risk management, and oversees the functions of all departments within town government.
The Administrator strives to make Town government the most efficient, effective and responsive form of government to better serve its citizens.
