FSA Account & Dependent Care
Benefit Advantage is a third party administrator for the Town's Flexible Spending Account; an account which allows employees to set aside money each pay check for eligible medical expenses or dependent care expense. Claims for medical or daycare expense are easily submitted utilizing an FSA claim form or a dependent claim form.
The Town provides Life, Accidential Death and Dismemberment, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance to their full-time employees. See the Hartford Benefit Highlights for more details.
The Wisconsin Retirement benefit consists of employee/employer share with contribution amounts announced each year by the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds.
