Employees strive to represent the Town in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Compliance with the Town Policy Handbook is required as a Town employee. Staff who have questions on policy should contact their direct Supervisor and/or Human Resources for clarification of policy.
Employees in need of benefit information or guidance with questions regarding leave, should contact Human Resources, for assistance.
Family Medical Leave
The Town of Grand Chute complies with State and Federal laws concerning Family Medical Leave (FML). If your leave qualifies for FML under both Federal and State laws, leave used will count against your job-protected leave entitlement, Federal and State leave will run concurrently based on a calendar year.

Employees who believe they may qualify for unpaid Family Medical Leave are encouraged to complete the FML Employee Request Form and submit the completed form to Sarah Ziemba in Administration, Human Resources. To review Family and Medical leave under the Town's Handbook Policy, click here.
Health and Wellness
The Town promotes health and wellness of its employees by offering health insurance to all eligible employees, promotes personal health by sponsoring on-site wellness events during the year, and provides an Employee Assistance Program to every employee and member in their household.
