2011 Property Tax information is now available. Click here to find information using the Outagamie County Property Search. Make sure to set the "Tax Year" to "2011." The Town will mail bills on Monday, December 12th.
First installment payments are due to the Town of Grand Chute by January 31, 2012. Payments received by December 31 will receive credit for paying in 2011.
Pay at the Town Hall: The dropbox located in the entrance to Town Hall is always available: 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Any bills deposited in the dropbox on or before December 31 are considered paid in 2011. Any bills dropped off by January 31, 2012 will be considered a timely payment.
The counter window is also available during regular business hours. The counter window will be CLOSED Friday, December 23; Monday, December 26; Saturday, December 31; and Monday, January 2, 2012. The counter window will be OPEN on Friday, December 30, 2011 from 8 a.m. until 12 noon for tax collection purposes only.
Pay by mail: If your payment is postmarked by December 31, you will receive credit for paying in 2011.
