The Grand Chute Fire Department operates four engines, one ladder, one heavy rescue, one tender, five staff cars and an air trailer. The Department uses the Outagamie County apparatus numbering system, which ensures each apparatus in the county has a different identifying number.
Fire Station #1 is a 26,500 square-foot building at 2250 Grand Chute Boulevard that opened in October 2008. It houses two engines, a ladder truck, a heavy rescue, a tender, and four staff vehicles.

Fire Station #2 is a 14,800 square-foot building located at 2920 West Highview Drive; it was constructed in 1975 and received major additions in 1992 and 1995. It houses two engines.
