Alcohol, Beverage, and Miscellaneous Licenses

Licenses for regulated businesses such as taverns, liquor stores, hotels, and tobacco sales may require an application from the Town Clerk's office. Some of the required forms are available online by clicking on the FORMS section. Although some forms may be available on line, Wisconsin Statutes may require an applicant to personally appear at the Town Hall for a license. Background checks may be required as a part of any license. If you have any questions if a license may be required for your business, please call the Grand Chute Town Hall at 832-1573.

A Bartenders or Operators License is required per State Statutes for anyone who serves as a bartender, cashier in a liquor, convenience or grocery store, or is a member of wait staff at a restaurant serving alcohol. Before commencing the sale of any type of tobacco product, State Statutes require that an Application for the Sale of a Tobacco Product form be completed.

Bike licenses are not required in Grand Chute. However, the Grand Chute Police Department strongly recommends that you register your bike with us so that we have a record of your bike on file in the event that it is lost or stolen. Bike licenses may be purchased at Grand Chute Town Hall for $3 and are good for the life of your bike.
