Elected Officials The Town of Grand Chute is governed by a five-member board. The Town Chairman and Town Supervisors are elected at large and serve two-year terms. The Town Chairman is elected in the odd numbered years and two of the four Town Supervisors are elected each year. The Municipal Judge is the other elected position. All elected officials of the Town serve on a part-time basis. The current elected officials are: Town Chairman:
The Town Board serves as the community's legislative body, having responsibilities for enacting Town Ordinances, appropriating funds to conduct Town business, and providing policy direction to Town staff. Regular Town Board meetings are held at the Grand Chute Town Hall, 1900 Grand Chute Boulevard the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 P.M. The public is encouraged to attend. Meeting agendas are posted at the Grand Chute Town Hall at 1900 Grand Chute Boulevard, Woodman's Food Store on Westhill Boulevard, and at the Fire Department Headquarters, 2920 W. Highview Drive, or just click Meeting Agendas. The Town Board appoints a Town Administrator to manage the daily affairs of the Town. The Town Administrator is Mark A. Rohloff and may be reached at (920) 832-4773. The Town Administrator's office handles personnel and financial matters of the Town. When Employment Opportunities are available, the Town Administrator's office coordinates the hiring process. Financial functions such as accounting, payroll, purchasing, and risk management are managed through the Town Administrator's office. The Town Administrator makes recommendations to the Town Board, and implements policy decisions and legislative actions taken by the Town Board. The appointed Town Clerk is Karen L. Weinschrott. The Town Clerk is the custodian of official records and proceedings of the Town Board. The Town Clerk administers oaths of office, edits the Town Newsletter, and maintains the Municipal Code and Town Website. The Town Clerk coordinates all elections in the Town, regulates and issues licenses and permits including liquor, beer, bartender, tobacco, dog, auction etc. Applications for these licenses are available at the Town Hall, or by the Forms/Permits section of this website.
