No detached accessory building shall occupy any portion of the front yard and no detached accessory building shall occupy more than thirty (30%) of the rear yard or be located within three (3) feet of any other accessory building, principal building or lot line.
Not withstanding fences, residential driveways and parking lots, no accessory structure shall be located within ten (10) feet of a principal building or three (3) feet of any lot line. The exception is decks and patios, which are permitted within ten (10) feet of a principal building, provided they are six (6) feet from any lot line.
In any residential district, a detached garage and one additional accessory building may be placed on a lot. An attached garage shall be considered part of the principal building. No accessory building shall be built on a lot without a principal building.
No detached accessory building shall occupy any portion of the front or side yards, or be located within ten (10) feet of any principal building.
No detached garage shall exceed 36' X 24' (eight hundred sixty-four (864) square feet). No additional accessory building shall exceed 10' X 20' (two hundred (200) square feet). No accessory building shall exceed 16' in height or the height of the highway noise barriers. No combination of detached garage or second accessory building shall exceed one thousand (1,000) square feet or thirty (30%) of the rear yard; whichever is less, unless granted a Special Exception.
