1. When calling for inspection, give permit number, name, address and type of inspection requested. Allow 48 hours lead time for inspections.
2. Residential - footing and foundation (before backfilling).
3. Commercial - separate footing and separate foundation.
4. Commercial - prior to the foundation being backfilled, an inspection of the of the drainage detention/retention area is to be completed.
5. Underground plumbing (before covering).
6. Electric service.
7. Rough construction, electric, plumbing, HVAC (before insulating).
8. Insulation (before boarding).
9. Final grading and detention inspection.
10. Final (before occupancy).
11. If any violations are cited, they must be corrected within 30 days. A final re-inspection will be scheduled.
