All sump pump discharge is to be directed to drainage ditches in front of the property (at street) or directed to drainage ditches to the rear of the property (if applicable) by means of a hose extending from the dwelling to the ditch.

At no time, shall sump pump discharge or building drains (including roof drains) discharge to adjoining property.
