Information required for all the following development proposals:
- All Single-Family attached dwellings.
- All Multi-Family residential dwellings.
- All Local, Regional Commercial and Industrial buildings.
- All Planned Commercial Office District proposals.
- All Special Exception uses.
- Proof of ownership and control of the proposed development and a statement describing the character and intended use of the development. If common facilities (recreation areas, structures, common space, etc.) are to be provided, written statements as to how they are to be provided and maintained must be prepared. These statements may be deed restrictions, deeds of trust, homeowners association, surety arrangement, or other legal document providing guarantee the facilities will not become a future liability for the Town.
a. Title of the project.
b. Name, address and phone number of project planner and developer.
c. Date, north arrow and drawing scale based on an exact survey of the property.
d. Existing streets, buildings, watercourses, easements and section lines.
e. Exact location of all proposed buildings and structures.
f. Access and traffic flow.
g. Off-street parking and loading areas.
h. Recreation facilities locations.
i. Sanitary sewer, water and electric service plans.
j. Access to utilities and points of hookups.

k. Tabulations of total gross acreage in the project and percentages to be devoted to the various uses.
l. Tabulations showing the number of off-street parking and loading spaces and total project density in dwelling units per gross acre.
m. Architectural definitions for buildings of the development, number of dwelling units, sizes and types and a floor plan of each type.
n. Plans and location of signs, if any.
o. Storm drainage and retention plans including one (1) foot elevation contours or spot elevation on 50' grid and on lot corners. Sites exceeding two (2) acres may require on-site retention for 50-year storm.
p. Plans for the exterior walls of all buildings, lighting, outside store and industrial processes and materials in Commercial and Industrial Districts.
