Mapping in the Town of Grand Chute is a complex process, which includes:
- Plats and Subdivisions
- Future Development Plans in the Town
- Parcel Maps
- Zoning Maps
- Sanitary Sewer, Water and Storm Sewer Utility Maps
- Street Maps
- Aerial Photographs
Land Divisions
People that wish to create additional lots in the Town of Grand Chute must obtain Town approval. The process requires a survey, legal description, and in some cases, dedication of street right-of-ways or utility easements. Land Divisions must comply with both the Zoning Code for lot size, and the Subdivision Code for lot layout, improvements and process.

The Town retains copies of all Land Divisions in the Town of Grand Chute for reference.
Future Grand Chute
The Town of Grand Chute has adopted a Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The Plan has identified future land uses, streets, sewer and water services, storm water detention ponds, parks, and trails. These future development plans are mapped and available at Town Hall.
Current Parcel and Zoning Maps
The Town of Grand Chute has mapped all the parcel lines based on the legal descriptions available. All dimensions, bearings, right-of-ways and easements are mapped when available. In addition, all parcels are placed in a Zoning District. These districts regulate land uses and the improvements on the lots. Both the Parcel Map and the Zoning Map are available at Town Hall.
Public Works
The Town of Grand Chute has drawings and maps of the public works including: sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer, and streets. These maps range from the "as-built" plans for a particular street to maps identifying the sewer service area and sanitary districts.
