PART-TIME ACCOUNTING CLERK

Job functions include payroll reporting, preparing GL entries, assist in month end and year end close process, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, assist in budget preparation, prepare cost analysis as needed, assist in tax collection, back up for accounts payable and payroll entry.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with three or more years of experience in public setting preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and training.  Experienced user of Microsoft Office -Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range:  $15.63-$16.50
