The Town of Grand Chute is currently accepting applications for
a vacancy on the Plan Commission (term expiring in
2015). Plan Commission meetings are held the first and
third Tuesday each month at 6:00 p.m. Letters of interest and
resumes should be submitted to the attention of the Town Chairman,
mailed to Town Clerk Karen L. Weinschrott, 1900 W. Grand Chute
Blvd., Grand Chute, WI, 54913-9613, and must be received by May 6,

Notice is hereby given that the Town
of Grand Chute Assessment rolls for year 2011 will be open for
examination and inspection beginning April 26, 2011 and running
through May 10, 2011 between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:30
P.M. Rolls can be examined in the main lobby at Grand
Chute Town Hall, 1900 Grand Chute Boulevard.
Appointments with the assessor can be
made for the following dates and times:
Residential or
Commercial:
April 26, May 3, and May 10
8:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm
Property owners are encouraged to talk
to the Assessor regarding their assessment prior to the meeting of
the Board. A notice of intent to file an objection at Board
of Review must be received in the Clerk's Office at least 48 hours
prior to the first Board of Review meeting. Failure to follow
the statutory steps may result in denial of your hearing.
Instructional materials on appealing
your assessment to the Board of Review are available at the
Assessor and Town Clerk's offices, 1900 Grand Chute Boulevard,
Grand Chute, Wisconsin.

Notice is hereby given that the Grand
Chute Town Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 P.M. on the
29th day of March 2011, in the Board Room at Grand Chute Town Hall,
1900 Grand Chute Blvd, Grand Chute, Wisconsin, to hear public input
regarding the proposed storm sewer, curb, gutter, and street
reconstruction for the Westbrook Estates Subdivision and North
Bluemound Corridor as located in the Town of Grand Chute, Outagamie
County, Wisconsin.
Any interested person may address the
Grand Chute Town Board by letter or appear in person or by agent
and be heard concerning the proposed improvements.

interest for the appointment of Town Board Supervisor (appointed
term expiring April 2012). The vacancy will occur after the
April 5, 2011 local election. Town Board meetings are held the
first and third Tuesday each month at 7:00 p.m. and will include
additional meeting requirements throughout the term. The
appointed term will begin May 2, 2011.
