Dog license tags for 2023 are available at the Town Hall, and the licensing year is January 1st to December 31st. The fee for a tag is $11.00, unless spayed or neutered, then the fee is $6.00.
Owners will be charged a State imposed $5.00 late fee if they fail to purchase a license prior to April 1st for dogs that are 5 months or older by April 1st or 30 days after acquiring a licensable dog (5 months or older).
NOTE: The Town is required to see the rabies certificate each year you apply for a license. (a copy of the certificate is not kept on file at the Town Hall)
Ways to Apply:- In Office: Bring payment, current rabies vaccination certificate, and proof of sterilization (spayed or neutered) to the administration window at the Town Hall.
- By Mail: Complete the dog license application (application below) and send with rabies vaccination certificate, proof of sterilization (spayed or neutered), check or money order made out to the Town of Grand Chute, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Once the application is processed, the license and documentation will be returned to you.
