 The Grand Chute Fire Department serves our community from two strategically-located stations which are staffed 24 hours a day by a combination of career and part-time personnel. Our daily staffing ranges from six to eight personnel. Station One houses our administrative and command staff, as well as a five-person crew that cross-staffs a front-line engine, truck, EMS alternate response vehicle (ARV), and tender company. Station Two is staffed by a crew of three personnel staffing a front-line rescue-engine company. Daily staffing is permitted to drop to six personnel split evenly between the two stations to accommodate employee leave. Additionally, a chief officer provides 24-hour emergency response coverage through our duty chief rotation program staffed by the fire chief and three assistant chiefs. Our Customer Service Desk at Station One is staffed by Executive Administrative Assistant Tammy Mueller, and is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. |
