The Park Commission is a seven member committee appointed by the Town Board. The term each member serves is seven years.
Power & Duties: The Commission shall have charge of and supervision of all parks located in the Town, and may exercise the powers of a board of Park Commission. The Commission is responsible for the layout, improvement and maintenance of the parks in the Town. The Commission establishes regulations for the use of equipment of the parks by the public.
