It is the intention of the Town of Grand Chute Police and Fire Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Police and Fire Commission, to ensure, within their power, that the Town of Grand Chute receives the utmost quality in the area of Police and Fire Protection. This is accomplished by overseeing the hiring of the Police and Fire Chief, selecting and appointing personnel for the Police and Fire Departments, overseeing promotions, and handling discipline and complaints.
It is the intention of the Police and Fire Commission to treat all complaints and discipline with both fairness and impartiality. The Commission understands the importance of determining a finding and dealing fairly with a complaint and discipline for both the integrity and image of the Town of Grand Chute Police and Fire Departments for the protection of citizens and officers rights.
