TOWN OF GRAND CHUTE RESIDENTS
2020 OPEN BOOK
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Wis. Stats. 70.45, that the Town of Grand Chute Assessment rolls for year 2020 will be open for examination and inspection beginning June 30 – July 24, 2020. Rolls can be examined in the main lobby conference room at Grand Chute Town Hall, 1900 W. Grand Chute Boulevard during regular office hours.
The Assessor will be available for public walk in on June 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., to answer questions in reference to your assessment. Additionally, the Assessor will be available by appointment on July 1-2 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., July 6-9 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., July 13-16 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., July 20-23 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and July 10, 17, and 24 from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. You may call (920) 832-1578 to schedule an appointment with the Assessor.
Property owners are encouraged to talk to the Assessor regarding their assessment prior to the meeting of the Board of Review. A notice of intent to file an objection at Board of Review must be received in the Town Clerk’s Office at least 48 hours prior to the first Board of Review meeting, which is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on August 19, 2020. Failure to follow the statutory steps may result in denial of your hearing.
